Library in collaboration with Hindi Department and Hindi Department of Smt. Akkatai Ramgonda Patil Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Ichalkaranji jointly celebrated Premchand Jayanti. Poster Presentation and Book Exhibition of Premchand was organized.

Lead College Scheme - Library Workshop Report

On 25th March, 2022 Department of Library of DKASC College was organized One Day Workshop on the topic of "The role of library in Personality Development". Welcome, workshop introduction and Resource Person's introduction given by Librarian Shri. Vijay Pandurang Yadav. Dr. Namita Khot, Director, Barrister Balasaheb Khardekar Knowledge Resource Centre, Shivaji University, Kolhapur gave guidance on what to read for personality development. Dr. D. B. Sutar, Deputy Librarian, Barrister Balasaheb Khardekar Knowledge Resource Centre, Shivaji University, Kolhapur gave guidance on how to use the library a lot in personality development. The Principal of the college Prof. Dr. V. S. Dhekale presidential remarked that good listening, reading, writing and speaking help in personality development. Vote of thanks given by Padmshri Waghmare, Co-ordinator of Lead College Scheme. Anchoring done by Dr. Reshma Sanadi and Mr. Sourabh More. For this workshop, Prof. D. A. Yadav, Dr. Ingle, Prof. Godbole, Mrs. Salunkhe and library staff were present. 53 students from different colleges were benefited from this workhsop. 

"INTERNATIONAL BOOK DAY" - 23rd April, 2022 

Celebration of Birth Anniversary of Shakespear  in collaboration with English and Library Department. Book Exhibition of books of Shakespear was organized. 

"LOKRAJA RAJARSHI CHHATRAPATI SHAHU MAHARAJ - SMRUTI SHATABDI" - 6th May, 2022 

Celebration of 100th Death Anniversary of Lokraja Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj in collaboration with History and Library Department. Book Exhibition of books of Lokraja Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj was organized.

Library and Marathi Department jointly celebrated Wachan Prerana Din as a 'Birth Anniversary of Former President of India Hon. Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam'. Book Exhibition was organized. 

INSTITUTIONAL WORKSHOP - 10th and 13th December, 2022

Library in colloboration with PG - Marathi, Hindi and Sociology Department conducted Institutional Workshop. Librarian Mr. Vijay Pandurang Yadav delivered lectures on follwoing topics.
