Students should always have their latest Identity Card with them & should produce the same whenever asked.

Read regularly the announcements & notices displayed at the Library Notice Board |

Cell phones are not allowed in any section of the Library. |

Student is responsible for any book issued on his / her Identity Card. |

Books are priceless treasure. Handel them carefully. Do not tear any pages from books. |

Students with latest Identity Card only are allowed to use library services. |

Enter your particulars in the Register maintained in the Library. |

Readers are advised to check the book before accepting, if you find any missing pages, damages bring to the notice of the concerned library staff. |

Journals, Back Volumes of Journals / Periodicals & CD's will not be issued outside the Library. |

If you have any specific query, do not hesitate to ask to Librarian. |

STRICT SILENCE should be observed in all sections. Strict action will be taken against them who will not observe silence. |

Book will be issued for 7 days as per Circulation Time Table. |

Book issue limit for Senior & PG Student is 2. |

Book lost or destroyed or damaged must be replaced by the Student. One and half price of book will be charged. |

A fine / Overdue cahrge of Rs. 1/- per day will be charged for delay in returning the book. |

Please keep clean all sections of the Library. |

Please maintain discipline at all counters & sections of the Library. |

Use Electricity and Water as per need. |
